Directions: (Note: There are enough one-way

streets in Albany to lend confusion.) Take Exit

23 off Thruway I-87. Out of the toll plaza, get

onto Route 787 North (it is the beginning of

Route 787, so north is the only option.) Take

the “Rte. 9 Rte. 20 Exit.” Circle underneath

787, go through two traffic lights and you will

be on Broadway. Make a left onto State

Street. Make a right onto Lodge Street, which

takes you to the back of the courthouse, but

becomes a one-way (the right way) at Pine

Street, before you actually get to the court-

house. Your best bet is to park at the Albany

Crowne Plaza Hotel parking lot on Lodge

Street and walk two blocks to the courthouse.

Otherwise, parking is tough. There is very lit-

tle parking to be had on the streets, and there

is no courthouse parking lot for attorneys.

The new Judicial Center Building houses

County Court and the D.A.’s and Juror’s

offices, and is opposite the rear enterance of

the courthouse at 6 Lodge Street (corner of

Lodge and Steuben).
