About 400 individuals attended an Alaska's Bounty Dinner in June at Kenai Landing Theater. Featured was donated fresh seafood products, crisp vegetables, beer, wine and ice cream, all harvested, grown or made in Alaska.

There was great food and fun at Global Food Alaska, a three-day conference held in Kenai/Soldotna for commercial buyers, suppliers of product and supply chain partners.

About 45 businesses featured Alaska-made or harvested food and products during an exhibit held at the Soldotna Sports Center. The event was organized by Robin Richardson of Anchorage.
