Founded in 1986, Alaska Computer Brokers has grown over the years into a technology sales and service organization with a strong presence around the state. "We find our clients have two basic needs," says Ball. "Some clients have basic product procurement needs and others are looking for turnkey solutions or services to specific business problems." To meet these different client needs, ACB is divided into two groups: the Product Sales Group and the Business Solution Group.

"Our Product Sales Group's mission is to respond to our clients' needs for technology with the most competitive prices, best availability and greatest convenience to the purchaser," says John Stenehjem, Manager of the Product Sales Group. This is done with a knowledgeable staff that is focused on attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible. "Products can be purchased via the phone, in our stores or via the Web."

The primary mission of the Business Solutions Group is to provide customers with the best technology solutions designed to satisfy specific company needs. This is accomplished by meeting with clients to gain an understanding of their businesses and by designing solutions that solve the customers' unique requirements.
