--The Perturbed Panther PSL Owners Federation in a letter to team owner Jerry Richardson that appeared as a full-page ad in The Charlotte Observer. The group of anonymous Panthers fans--upset by the team's poor performance this season, which they blame on Richardson's stinginess--published the letter in December.
