Airport Security Needs Reform More Than Uniforms.

Most people like to fly, but no one likes airports, mainly because of the long lines created by the security checks. But, according to some experts they're very flawed. That's because they are searching for weapons rather than people who might actually use weapons. If prison guards cannot keep knives out of maximum-security cell-blocks, how can security guards root out weapons at overcrowded airports?

Plus, the security system is not level. For example, the privileges granted to tarmac workers have been contingent upon a io-year background investigation, cross-checked against international terror watch lists. Tarmac workers are additionally subject to random physical checks. The background checks for pilots are no less stringent, but they still have to go through security checks at airports.
