Air Tanzania

At last, Tanzania[sup.1]s embattled national airline Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) has been banned to operate any flight within and outside Tanzania, at the same time had its operations certificate revoked by Tanzania[sup.1]s aviation authorities. Reports from Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) said the embattled and loss- making national airline was not air-worth after a number of discrepancies and operational failures were discovered within ATCL management this month. Emirates Airlines

Emirates brought its own brand of double decker to London today with the arrival of its industry-leading A380. From today, the Emirates A380 will operate on flights EK001 and EK002 between Heathrow and Dubai. EK 002 departs Heathrow daily at 1.45pm, arriving at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 at 12.30am the following day. EK001 departs Dubai daily at 7.45am, arriving in Heathrow Terminal 3 at 11.35am.
