UTair sets up new Azur Air charter operation UTair, based at Khanty-Mansiysk, has launched Azur Air as a new charter operation currently operating under the air operator certificate of subsidiary Katekavia, based in Sharypovo. Three Boeing 757-200s have already been transferred to Azur Air in the meantime: VP-BLV (msn 30043), VQ-BEZ (msn 29377) and VQ-BEY (msn 29382).
