Aviapartner will invest in excess of [euro]2 million ($2.5 million) to expand its warehouse capacity at Frankfurt International Airport's South cargo terminal with a new 3,000-sq.-m. facility that will increase capacity by some 30,000 tonnes per year. Boeing finishes design for new freighter. Boeing has completed the basic design for its 747-800F freighter, a longer, more fuel-efficient version of its 747. The company has booked 44 orders for the cargo version of the plane. It has yet to receive an order for the passenger version but is in talks with several airlines. Nov 1, 2006
