AICPA names recipients of 2009 Outstanding CPA in Government Award.

Robert Dacey, of Washington, D.C., Thomas H. McTavish, of Lansing, Mich., and Lena Ellis, of Ft. Worth, Tex., are the 2009 recipients of the AICPA's Outstanding CPA in Government Award.
