Agreement to Demolish Building

THIS AGREEMENT made this ___ day of _______, 2008 by the XXXXXXXXX Fire District, 123 Anywhere Street, Someplace, NY 12345 (hereinafter FIRE DISTRICT ), a Fire District providing fire protection within the Town(s) of XXXXXXX, and _________________________________, residing at _______________________________________ New York NY 12345, hereinafter referred to the “Property Owner”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Property Owner currently owns property located at ______________________________________ in the Town of ___________, __________County, New York, and

WHEREAS, Property Owner desires to demolish the structure located on the aforementioned property and all personal property located therein, and

WHEREAS, Property Owner has obtained a demolition permit for the above structure to be demolished from the Town of ___________, and

WHEREAS, FIRE DISTRICT desires to utilize the structure of Property Owner for training exercises, which will involve damaging and/or destroying the structure of Property Owner and it contents, if any.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations herein undertaken, the parties agree as follows:
