Agreement for Employment of Legal Services - Secondary Representation
Client rejects the final plea bargain offer and opts to move forward with Secondary Representation. The case will be set on a Motions or Trial Docket and Client agrees to pay to Attorney a stair-stepped FLAT FEE of $______________________to be paid according to the following terms:
• One-half (1/2) is deemed fully earned when the plea bargain is rejected and the case is scheduled for trial or a pre-trial hearing such as a Motion to Suppress.
• One-half (1/2) is deemed fully earned at final disposition of the case whether it be through dismissal, a plea bargain or a trial.
