AGC-Minnesota honors industry leaders.

Construction industry veterans H.T. "Tom" Becken and Stanley Jorgenson were among the top honorees at the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota's recent awards banquet.

AGC-Minnesota presented its Lifetime Achievement Award to Becken, CEO of Cemstone Products Co., and its Skill-Responsibility-Integrity Award to Jorgenson of Jorgenson Construction Inc.

Also at the event, AGC-Minnesota recognized 43 companies participating in the Construction Health and Safety Excellence (CHASE) program, a partnership between AGC-Minnesota and the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.

The Jeff Jensen Memorial Construction Safety Excellence Awards went to J.R. Jensen Construction Co., Meyer Contracting Inc., and Parsons Electric. The awards honor outstanding safety records on jobsites over the previous year and employee safety training programs.
