AFL gets community service award.

Spartanburg-based AFL has received the 2019 Business of Integrity Award for Community Service from the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate.

The Business of Integrity Awards recognize "outstanding businesses for commitment to exceptional marketplace standards that benefit their consumers, employees, suppliers, industry peers and the communities in which they do business and serve," a news release said.

"Their culture of volunteerism and dedication to serving their community sets AFL apart from other companies, which is why we are proud to select them as a 2019 Business of Integrity Award winner," Vee Daniel, president and CEO of the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate, said in the release.
