I agree that something has to be done about the Afghan situation ("To Negotiate or Not? Afghan Women on the Taliban," by Belquis Ahmadi, February issue). Educating the Afghan people about the government would help them become more loyal. This is an important step in moving forward from Taliban rule. Educating the government about its people is also a key ingredient to solving this ongoing problem.
