U.S. will add missiles, bombs to Italy's UAVs Italy will become the first nation other than the U.K. to get U.S. weaponry on its surveillance unmanned aerial vehicles, under a plan by the Obama administration, sources say. Italy will deploy the UAVs in Afghanistan. Some lawmakers are concerned that the move will put pressure on the U.S. to arm the UAVs of other NATO allies. May 30, 2012
