White House asks for cost estimate for European missile program The Office of Management and Budget is requesting a cost estimate for the Pentagon's European Phased Adaptive Approach program. The OMB first requested a cost estimate in 2009 for the program, which features missile launchers based in Europe. "DOD has yet to provide an EPAA cost estimate" the White House says. Dec 12, 2011
