Aeroplan adds Air India to its roster of travel partners.


New York (AirGuide Features - Inside Air Travel) Fri, Jul 11, 2014 Air Canada Aeroplan announced the addition of Air India to its roster of travel partners. Starting today, Aeroplan Members can earn and redeem Aeroplan Miles for travel with Air India, bringing the total number of airline partners to 32. "We're excited to have Air India join the Aeroplan program," said Kevin O'Brien , Chief Commercial Officer, Aeroplan. "This addition will give our members greater choice when it comes to accumulation and redemption opportunities with Air India offering our members over 50 domestic and 31 global destinations through the Star Alliance network." Aeroplan Members will further benefit from a wider choice on routes connecting North America , Europe , Asia and Australia via the Indian Subcontinent.
