Garments made by Heat Relief Products International, located in Cleveland, are used by soldiers to stay cool in high heat conditions.

CoolTek garments, which include vests, hats, headbands and neckbands, are made up of three layers, a woven water-absorbing fiber batting, placed between a thermal-conducting inner layer and a breathable outer shell.
