Juan Walker has been charged in the Sauk County Circuit Court with the sexual assault of Katherine. In a pretrial ruling, the circuit court ordered that DNA evidence from the bed sheet on which the sexual assault allegedly occurred is not admissible in evidence at trial. Walker filed a petition for leave to appeal that order, and the petition was granted by this court.
