interest and work in this area.

Special recognition must be given to the students in my Environmental

Justice advanced seminars at Vermont Law School over the last 15 sum-

mers who provided me with their invaluable responses, cogent thoughts

and ideas, and insights as many of these materials were being collected,

analyzed, and discussed in the classroom.
