Accounting Library Opens at "Ole Miss".

The world's largest and most prestigious accounting library collection has found a permanent home at the John Davis William Library at the Oxford Campus of the University of Mississippi (UM). The collection -- some 126,000 items of the New York-based American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) -- was presented to UM, known as "one of the nation's most well-respected names in accountancy education," said Jay Rothberg, AICPA vice president.

The library is located next to the E.H. "Pat" Patterson School of Accountancy on the Ole Miss campus, and the holdings are known as the "E.H. Patterson Collection." Dr. Dale L.
