Bradley P. Nelson is a partner at Schopf & Weiss LLP, a national litigation

rm based in Chicago, Illinois. He is an experienced trial lawyer, member

of the rm’s Executive Committee, and Co-Chair of its Intellectual Property

Litigation Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial and busi-

ness litigation, including patent infringement, intellectual property, nancial

services, breach of contract, fraud, insurance coverage, and professional

liability matters. Mr. Nelson is recognized by Illinois’ “Super Lawyers” in

business litigation and has been recommended by peers for Leading Lawyers

Network. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Intellectual

Property and Litigation Sections, the American Intellectual Property Law

Association, and the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago, and

is also active on the ABA’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Com-

mittee. Mr. Nelson graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh

in 1983 (summa cum laude) and is a 1986 cum laude graduate of the Uni-

versity of Wisconsin Law School.

Jeffrey R. Teeters is a partner in the law rm of Buckley King LPA. He

serves as Partner-in-Charge of the rm’s Cincinnati, Ohio, ofce and chairs

the rm’s Litigation Practice Group. His litigation and appellate practice

focuses on assisting businesses in interactions with their competitors, includ-

ing business and commercial disputes, trade secrets and noncompetition

agreements, employment, professional liability, and antitrust. He is a fre-

quent author and lecturer on noncompetition agreements, trade secrets, and

unfair competition. Mr. Teeters is recognized among the Best Lawyers in

America® in the eld of commercial litigation and Ohio’s “Super Lawyers”
