Michael Menapace practices insurance law, counsels clients on matters involving cybersecurity, and teaches insurance law. He practices in Wiggin and Dana LLP's Litigation Department and is located in the firm's Hartford and New York City offices. Mr. Menapace counsels and represents insurance clients in state and federal courts across the country concerning business practices, insurance coverage, and other insurance and reinsurance issues. In addition, he advises insurers on policy construction, compliance and regulatory issues, and in connection with internal investigations and responses to government inquiries and subpoenas. He advises a variety of companies on data security and privacy issues and is vice chair of the ABA TIPS Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee.
