Joshua Braunstein serves as general manager at Corsearch, a leading global
provider of trademark search and li fe cycle solutions with offices thro ughout the
United States and Europe. Since 1996, he has served as director o f content,

Robert Doerfler is intellectual prope rty counsel at SVP Worldwide, where he
oversees the worldwide prosecution and enforcement of the company’s intellectual
property rights. Prior to moving in-house, Robert was trademark attorney at the
New York office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart and worked in litigation at Adams &
Adams in Pretoria, South Africa.
James J. Donohue is a vice president in the New York office of Charles River
Associates, Inc. He is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor of science
degree in accountancy from Villanova University. Mr. Donohue is also a certified
valuation analyst and is accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Donohue has been responsible for consulting
assignments in a wide range of areas, including intellectual property, damages, valu-
ation, forensic accounting, securities, analyses of professional negligence, and bank-
ruptcy. Mr. Donohue has provided a variety of due diligence services for intellectual
property–based licensing and acquisition transactions, including valuations, fairness
opinions, and strategic consulting for tax and financial reporting, and bankruptcy
proceedings. His experience in intellectual pr operty litigation matters has included
assessing the appropriate economic measure of damages in intellectual property

Joseph M. Forgione is the director of trademark enforcement at the Gioconda
