Nicole DeMaise is General Counsel, Vice President of Legal and Compliance at

DemystData in New York, New York. Ms. DeMaise has represented clients on a

full range of medical malpractice issues. Her practice also encompasses matters

relating to complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, prod-

uct liability, premises liability, construction defects, insurance coverage disputes,

and appellate issues. Ms. DeMaise received her law degree from Rutgers School of

Law–Camden, with high honors, in 2003 and her undergraduate degree from Rut-

gers College in 2000. After graduating law school, she served as law clerk for the

Honorable Francine I. Axelrad, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Ms. DeMaise was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer® Rising Star in 2014.

Leslie Isaacman Yohey is an attorney in the healthcare litigation group at Baker,

Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, in Memphis, Tennessee. She rep-

resents and counsels healthcare clients in a wide range of litigation, compliance,

and regulatory matters. Ms. Yohey received her law degree in 2009 from the Uni-

versity of Memphis, where she was the managing editor for the Tennessee Journal

of Practice and Procedure and served on the Moot Court Board. She received her

undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in 2004, and she received her MBA

from Christian Brothers University in 2014. In her spare time, Ms. Yohey engages

in pro bono work, and she serves on the boards of the Hagar Center and Mid-

South Spay and Neuter Services.

Sarah Pazar Williams is an attorney with Hall Booth Smith, PC, in Memphis,

Tennessee. She specializes in healthcare liability, medical malpractice, nursing

home and long-term care defense, general liability, and premises liability litiga-

tion. Ms. Williams received her law degree from Vanderbilt Law School, where she

served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board and the Executive Development

Director of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. Ms. Williams has served

as the chair of the Young Lawyers’ Committee of Memphis Area Legal Service’s

Campaign for Equal Justice since 2014. Prior to law school, Ms. Williams attended

Northwestern University and worked in the nonprofit sector in Chicago. She is the

proud founder of Northwestern University’s Memphis Club.
