Bethany C. K. Ace is an attorney at Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she focuses on appellate, land use, real estate, and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Ace serves as the chair of the Appellate Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association and is a member of the Council of Appellate Lawyers of the Appellate Judges Conference and the Dispute Resolution, Litigation, and Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Sections of the American Bar Association. She has served as a Lecturer at Law at the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law teaching Legal Practices II (focusing on developing students' research, writing, and oral advocacy skills in the context of appellate practice). Ms. Ace is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned a BA (psychology 2003) and a JD in the accelerated program (2005).

Jennifer Bragar is an associate attorney with the Portland, Oregon, office of Garvey Schubert Barer, specializing in planning, environmental, administrative, and state and local government law. She has written a law review article on Oregon's Measure 49 and is a frequent contributor to local publications. She serves on the Oregon State Bar Real Estate and Land Use Executive Committee, as well as the Board of Directors for the Housing Land Advocates, aimed at ensuring that land use regulations consider impacts to affordable housing. Prior to entering private practice, she founded JB Associates, a land use and political consulting firm in the Monterey Bay area. This experience has given her a unique perspective and understanding of the implications of the land use decision-making process in the local political arena. She is admitted to practice in California and Oregon.

Daniel P. Dalton, the founding member of Dalton & Tomich plc in Detroit, Michigan, concentrates his practice on litigating land use and zoning disputes on behalf of religious organizations throughout the United States. Dan has been highly rated and recognized as a top land use lawyer in the United States and was named one of the top 25 attorneys in Michigan in 2010. In addition, he was elected to serve the city of Plymouth, Michigan, as a city council member and serves on several boards and committees throughout the United States.
