VISION

older adults.

OUR IMPACT

As we age, we deserve full participation in society, quality of life and quality of

care, access to supported decision-making to ensure our voices are heard, and

protection from abuse, exploitation, and unnecessary guardianships.

Our advocacy and resources ensure older people retain their agency and live

with the dignity and respect all of us deserve.

This year, the Commission on Law and Aging produced and provided more than

25 programs to over 6,250 participants on topics including less restrictive

alternatives to guardianship, abuse prevention, dementia and legal ethics,

representing clients with diminished capacity, and many more. Your support

allows us to continue educating and advocating to protect the rights and

dignity of adults as they age.
