About the Authors
Chris Patton is a partner at Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann, LLP, a litigation boutique in Dallas, Texas. He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts, which has led to significant victories on behalf of a diverse set of clients—from Fortune 500 companies to new start-ups. His success on behalf of his clients has landed him on the "Under 40 Hot List" by Benchmark Litigation, and earned him recognition as a "Rising Star Super Lawyer" by Thomson Reuters. Prior to joining Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann, LLP, Chris practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. Chris graduated with a B.A. from Brigham Young University, and received his J.D. with honors from the George Washington University Law School.
