Robert A. Kasky, Esq., completed his first adop-

tion in 1973 and has been involved in about 2,000

adoptions since then. Robert resides in South

Florida with his wife of almost fifty years, Nancy.

Jeffrey A. Kasky, Esq., completed his last

adoption in November of 2015 and is currently

the President of The Autism Channel, Inc. (www

.theautismchannel.tv). Jeff has been working in

the field of major event risk management since

2005 and works as a fully-certified volunteer po-

lice officer in his spare time. Jeff enjoys working

in the field of surrogacy so much that he, along

with Marla Neufeld, Esq., is co-author of the up-

coming title The ABA Consumer Guide to Sur-

rogacy: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to

Success.
