ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Michael was born on July 3, 1945, on Staten Island in New York. Michael served as a rifle platoon sergeant in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam from 1965 through 1967. After the war, he graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1969. He served as a Trooper First Class for the Vermont State Police for three years, then founded Mountain State Security Incorporated to provide security guards and alarm systems for clients.
