Lorraine M. Armenti is a partner and co-practice group leader of the Insurance and Reinsurance Group with the law firm of Coughlin Duffy, LLP in Morristown, New Jersey. Ms. Armenti concentrates her practice in the area of insurance coverage litigation. In the management of complex insurance coverage matters, she has represented the interests of insurers in large coverage disputes in a wide variety of areas, including environmental, toxic tort, sexual abuse, and advertising injury liability throughout the United States. Ms. Armenti is an active speaker and author and frequently presents seminars on complex coverage issues.

William C. Baton is a partner in Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP's Litigation Department. He represents insurance companies in a variety of matters, primarily litigating coverage issues. Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Mr. Baton was an associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, where he learned the intricacies of internal investigations, insurance, antitrust, and directors and officers liability litigation. Mr. Baton practices in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, and the state courts of New Jersey and New York. Lyndon F. Bittle is a trial and appellate partner in Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP in Dallas, Texas, and heads the firm's Insurance Practice. Mr. Bit-tle chaired the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the ABA's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) in 2012-2013, was lead editor and chapter author of Reasonable Expectations: Interpreting Insurance Policies in Common Law Jurisdictions (ABA-TIPS 2016), and is a fellow in the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC). His insurance practice encompasses policy review and counseling (as well as litigation when necessary) for policyholders and additional insureds, including real estate owners and developers, construction companies, manufacturers and distributors, oil and gas companies, governmental entities, and individuals. Richard Berrow is a partner at Fasken Martineau in Vancouver, Canada. He practices litigation and dispute resolution—specific areas include insurance coverage enforcement, corporate governance and transactional disputes, and class action matters. He has appeared before the British Columbia courts and the Supreme Court of Canada and is a frequent speaker and author at continuing legal education and other seminars.

Erika Bright heads Wick Phillips' Insurance Coverage Litigation Practice Group and has specialized in the area for 20 years. She has been consistently identified as a top attorney in the area of insurance coverage by Texas Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. Ms. Bright is a trial lawyer who represents policyholders in insurance coverage litigation and assists clients in reviewing coverage and contractual insurance requirements. Elayna Fiene is an associate with Wilson Elser in Denver, where she works to prevent, mitigate, and manage client eXposure through risk, crises, and claims and litigation management. Prior to working at Wilson Elser, Ms. Fiene clerked for the Honorable Carmen E. Garza of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. During law school, she was an extern with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Denver; with the international legal department of an international corporation in Tokyo, Japan; and for the Honorable Nancy J. Lichtenstein of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Ms. Fiene served as a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa.

Robyn Gallagher is an associate in Wiggin and Dana's Litigation Department. Ms. Gallagher represents insurance companies in complex insurance and reinsurance matters. She has provided coverage advice for different types of insurance policies, including, but not limited to, commercial general liability policies, automobile policies, homeowner's insurance policies, and workers' compensation policies. She has experience with interpleader actions filed in both state and federal courts. Ms. Gallagher is admitted in Connecticut, the District of Connecticut, Second Circuit, and Fourth Circuit.

Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Ms. Gallagher was a law clerk for Judge Alvin W. Thompson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
