ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Howard M. Turner has been practicing construction law for over 50 years and is considered by many to be one of the most knowledgeable attorneys of construction law and especially Illinois Mechanics Liens. Turner on Illinois Mechanics Liens is his seminal work. He is currently Of Counsel to Nigro, West-fall & Gryska, P.C. His experience includes both litigation and transactional work representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, lenders, and architects.
