Dennis Wall is an experienced litigator in state and federal trial and appel-

late courts, as well as an experienced mediator certied by the Florida

Supreme Court. He has also testied as an expert witness in state and fed-

eral courts in many cases.

Mr. Wall is an elected member of the American Law Institute. He is also

a member of the Florida Bar, an “AV” rated attorney, and is the founding

member of the Insurance Law Committee of the Orange County (Florida)

Bar Association.

He has addressed over 5,000 cases and statutes and other legal authori-

ties in Litigation and Prevention of Insurer Bad Faith, 3d (Third Edition

and 2014 Supplement, West Publishing Company) and Catastrophe Claims:

Insurance Coverage for Natural and Man-Made Disasters (coauthor, 2014

Supplements, West Publishing Company). Dennis Wall also writes the criti-

cally acclaimed Weblogs; Insurance Claims and Issues and Insurance Claims

and Bad Faith Law.

Lender Force-Placed Insurance Practices: A Guide for Plaintiff, Defense,

Insurance and Corporate Attorneys Counseling and Litigating Claims and

Defenses is his third book.
