Neil J. Dilloff is a retired partner in the law firm of DLA Piper LLP (US). He is the former chair of the firm's commercial litigation practice group. His diversified national litigation practice includes insurance, professional liability, construction, and complex commercial matters. Mr. Dilloff has tried more than one hundred cases in state and federal courts all over the United States, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
