9 Chapters honored for achievements.

Nine FEI chapters were recognized with plaques for outstanding achievement during a dinner at the FEI Summit in Chicago in May.

For large chapters, the top honors went to the Chicago Chapter--actually, the host for the Summit. The Portland Chapter was the runner up, followed by Detroit in third. For medium-sized chapters, the winner was Central Florida, followed by San Diego and Arizona. The small chapter winner was Nevada, followed by Fort Wayne and Fox Rock (Illinois).

Andrej Suskavcevic, vice president and director of membership and chapter relations for FEI, said that winners are selected based on the results of a survey that addresses chapter best practices in all areas of operation.
