Sections 192.016.8 and 453.014.1(4), RSMo 2016, also include a “clergyman” as an intermediary who may receive information regarding the Putative Father Registry.
The “unfitness” ground for termination of parental rights previously codified in § 211.447.5(6), RSMo, is, after 2018, found in § 211.447.5(5), RSMo Supp. 2019, such that the presumption of unfitness due to a prior involuntary termination of parental rights is now codified in § 211.447.5(5)(b)a.
