§ 9.5.7 Priority. Unsecured claims may be entitled to priority under the Bankruptcy Code. The most common statutory bases for priority are found in 11 U.S.C. § 507(a) . The priorities include:

1. domestic support obligations, but subordinate to the claims of a trustee, to the extent that the trustee administers assets otherwise available to pay such priority claims;
2. administrative expenses allowed under Bankruptcy Code § 503(b) and U.S. trustee fees;
3. unsecured claims allowed during the gap between the filing of an involuntary bankruptcy petition and the order for relief allowed under Bankruptcy Code § 502(f) ;
4. allowed unsecured claims to the extent of $12,475 earned within 180 days before the date of the bankruptcy filing for wages,
