V. (§9.49) Appeal

A judgment terminating only one parent’s parental rights is a final judgment and appealable even if the other parent’s parental rights have not been adjudicated. G.G.B. v. M.W., 394 S.W.3d 457, 462–64 (Mo. App. E.D. 2013) (“Requiring a parent to [forgo] an appeal until the other parent's parental rights have been adjudicated severely compromises a parent's right to appellate review.”).
