§ 9.3.2.4 Cost of Certified Copies of Papers or Records

The successful party may recover the cost of certified copies of papers or records needed in the litigation. A.R.S. § 12-332(A)(4). This provision covers only papers or records of a public officer for which a specific charge is made by the officer who certifies their correctness.
