F. (§9.25) Findings of Fact

Section 475.075.11, RSMo Supp. 2020, provides that if the court, after hearing, finds that the respondent possesses sufficient capacity and sufficient ability, it must deny the petition. On the other hand, if the court finds that the respondent’s capacity or ability is impaired, it must make and recite in its order detailed findings of fact stating:

(1) The extent of the respondent’s physical, mental, and cognitive incapacity to manage essential requirements for food, clothing...
