2. (§9.17) The Child
Effective September 1, 2011, the Supreme Court of Missouri adopted Standards with Comments for Guardians ad Litem in Missouri. Counsel should check local court rules to determine whether these Standards have been adopted as mandatory for GALs in a particular circuit.
