G. (§9.13) Costs

Section 475.085, RSMo 2016, specifies how costs are to be assessed. If a respondent is found to be incapacitated or disabled, the costs of the proceedings are paid from the respondent’s estate, or if the respondent’s estate is insufficient, costs are paid by the county.
