Davis, Matthews & Quigley, P.C., announced that shareholder Elizabeth Green Lindsey was named the 46th president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a national organization of more than 1,600 family lawyers across the country. Candidates for AAML membership face rigorous challenges including taking tests, attaining a required level of experience and demonstrating evidence of leadership in the practice of family law and recognition by their legal communities for excellence and professionalism.

Poston Communications LLC announced that CEO and general counsel Dave Poston was named the Public Relations Society of America's (PRSA) Public Relations Professional of the Year. The award honors the individual who, in the previous year, represented the best in public relations as an outstanding example of the management function that establishes a mutually beneficial relationship between an organization and the public upon whom its success or failure depends.

The Davis Bozeman Law Firm announced that managing and founding partner Robert Bozeman was inducted into the 100 Black Men of Atlanta's Class of 2020. The 100 BlackMen of America has more than 100 chapters worldwide—with more than 10,000 members—and 100 Black Men of Atlanta has grown to become one of the largest of these chapters, with more than 250 members locally. King & Spalding LLP announced that Robert D. Hays Jr. was unanimously re-elected to serve a sixth three-year term as the firm's chairman, beginning January 2021.
