8.6 ADVICE OF TRIAL RIGHTS FOR JUVENILES CHARGED WITH DELINQUENCY

Rule 8:17 of the Rules of the Virginia Supreme Court adds a significant new dimension to the adjudicatory hearing in a delinquency case.
