8.3.2.3 Tolling of Limitations Periods

• Jurisdiction: Arizona

. The one-year period within which a death compensation claim must be made^[48] and the ninety days within which a request for hearing in protest of a notice of claim status must be filed^[49] are tolled for minors.^[50]
