THE DIRECTOR OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION for the state of Kansas is accepting applications for two (2) potential administrative law judge openings. One of which would be located in Wichita, Kan., and the other in Overland Park, Kan., for a term of four (4) years beginning June 1, 2009, and ending July 2013, pursuant to K.S.A. 44-551. In order to be considered by the nominating committee, each applicant shall be an attorney regularly admitted to practice law in Kansas for a period of at least five (5) years, and at least one year of experience practicing law in the area of workers' compensation.
