Appellate Court Dockets
The docket is a simple yet important document that contains a good deal of information. Dockets for both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals are mailed to attorneys and self-represented parties at least 30 days prior to the date a case will be argued. See Rules 7.01(d) and 7.02(d). Summary dockets are not mailed since no argument will occur. All dockets are posted online at www.kscourts.org.
