7-story multifamily development coming to downtown Greenville.

The Greenville Design Review Board recently approved a seven-story, 153-unit multifamily residential development.

The 75-feet tall Prospect Hill Residences by Washington, D.C. area-based Red Fox Development Co. will be located at 375 W. Broad St. in Greenville at the corner of Westfield Street and will include indoor parking, a ground floor outdoor terrace, lobby and lounge area with a fireplace, fitness center, outdoor pool and cooking area, rooftop parlor and 270-degree observation deck.

The building will include studios, junior one-bedroom, one- and two-bedroom units, and two-bedroom with a den units. Penthouse units will include higher ceilings and elevated finishes.
