N. (§7.31) Juvenile Court Hearing—Disposition

Add the following sentences after the first sentence in the first paragraph in the original section:

The disposition hearing cannot be melded into the adjudication hearing. B.O. v. Juvenile Office, 595 S.W.3d 506, 510 (Mo. App. W.D. 2020). Rule 128.02 requires a separate and distinct hearing that must be held after the adjudication. Id. at 510–11.
