A. (§7.28) Statutory Action to Establish Title Under Collector's Deed
Under § 140.330.1, RSMo 2016, a person who has purchased a property at a tax sale and holds a collector's deed may commence a suit in circuit court to quiet title. The plaintiff in the quiet title suit does not have to be in possession of the property and should name "all parties who have, or claim to have, or appear of record . . . to have any interest in, or lien upon" the property.
